These shoes are great for most trails, although my experience wearing them coming down a steep downhill for several miles wasn’t what I hoped for. The shoes seemed hard and stiff, and I had sore toes and the soles of my feet were tender by the time I finished. I would recommend them for easier trail surfaces and gradient.
