The GT-2000 5 from ASICS is a great road running and general walking shoe. The GT-2000 features a stiff midsole for lots of support, and soft cushioning to absorb impacts. The moderate heel-to-toe drop of 9.2mm will feel familiar to previous runners of ASICS or Brooks shoes. This is a good shoe to consider for those with foot or ankle injuries.
Note that model available in size 7AA is a narrower shoe for those with especially narrow feet.
