I plan to return them as they see started hurting my feet after a short time - apparently Hoka changed the last and the same model shoe Torrent) I've been wearing (I'm on my 4th pair) no longer fits my foot. It's narrower through the ball which puts pressure on my neuromas. I hate having to find a new shoe that works for my feet - these were the best, but not any more. Anyone know where I might be able to find the previous version of this shoe?
I was in town on a cross country road trip and in need of a trail running shoe. For reference I usually wear new balance/saucony for running. I had a great customer service experience at the store and went with my first pair of Hokas. I tried them out immediately on the long lake trail and they were great! I recommend them to people new to Hoka and those just looking for a solid trail running shoe.
Because of the light weight, porous material, my feet are always dirty.. not great
I love the new colors! Unfortunately, the new version of Torrent is more narrow in the toe box which makes my bunion unhappy. I’m hoping they will stretch a bit.
