The Block from Tension Climbing

The Block is an incredibly versatile and effective training tool for rock climbers. This simple block of wood features a range of grips, including edges, pinches, pockets, and tiny crimps. The grips are adjustable, so you can easily change the slope, flatness, or incut to suit your needs. You can use The Block individually or in pairs to add weight to your workouts and challenge your grip strength and endurance. It's also versatile enough to be hung from the ceiling, attached to a cable machine, or used with resistance bands. Whether you're a beginner or a seasoned pro, The Block is a must-have tool for any rock climber.

Sage to summit is an unreal spot. Shipped my order quickly and were very responsive. Also got a little hand written note with my order. They truly care about the customer. Shoutout to Chelsea I hope I get fingers of steel with the tension block as well!

    Well made but...

I love this block, but I really wish there wasn't an incut in the crimps when using it as a pinch. I need to add a LOT of weight to make it hard in this position. Otherwise it's perfect for warm-up or light training on the go.
