United StatesLovely! If you hike in the PNW and don’t have this...GET IT NOW!!! It fits into its own pocket sewn into the kilt, which is then smaller than a man’s wallet but then feels as light as a balloon. This will fit anyone who is round in the hip area. I was worried about that because I’m a typical woman with hips, thighs and a butt-reference I’m 5’5/192lb, purchased the Large and I can probably fit one more of me in it. Falls mid way between my knees/feet. Every time I put this on and watch others shiver in the rain, the only negative encounter is me chastising myself again for not buying this a long time ago! But this now!!!
