  • Price $70 (members) $80 (non-members)
  • Two Sessions 10/14 & 10/16
  • 6 am - 7:30 am

This fundamentals class is designed for newer climbers (V0–V4) who want to build a solid, sustainable foundation. We’ll shift the focus away from grade-chasing and toward skill development, helping you climb with more efficiency, intention, and enjoyment. You’ll learn to move with your whole body by understanding center of mass, precise footwork, and the difference between positional and transitional control. You’ll learn how to approach climbing with curiosity instead of self-judgment, and how to stay focused on progress—not perfection. You’ll also learn science-based warm-up strategies that prime your sessions for steady progress, refined skill development, and a more fulfilling relationship with movement—setting you up with the mindset and mechanics that support long-term growth from the very beginning.

Topics include hangboarding myths vs. best practices, warm-up strategies, and fundamentals of progressive overload for the hands.

  • Price $70 (members) $80 (non-members)
  • Two Sessions 10/27 & 10/29
  • 6 am - 7:30 am

This class is designed for intermediate climbers (V5–V7) who want to sharpen technique, improve route-reading, and deepen their mental game. Building on the movement and mindset foundations from Climbing 101, we’ll introduce more complex techniques and tactical decision-making on the wall. You’ll develop tools to manage fear and performance anxiety, and reframe failure as an essential part of progress. Alongside this, we’ll explore flexible, motivating approaches to goal-setting that support consistency, curiosity, and confidence. This is about climbing smarter in order to climb harder—and enjoying the process just as much as the send.
